How loyal is loyal enough?

An old New Yorker blurb reprinted an ad for wolf/husky puppies for sale. 85% loyal bragged the ad, rather eerily. Years later I saw pure husky puppies advertised also with a loyalty rating. What does it mean and how do they determine it?

The 'loyalty rating' is in direct proportion to the seller's estimate of the bullshit susceptibility of potential clients.

85% loyal ? Does that mean that 15% of the time they are trying to rip your throat out?Or that 15% of there brain is always thinking of turning on you? or just that 15% of the time they will be living with some one else?

Sounds like major BS -- from what I've heard, wolf-dog hybrids are rather dangerous pets.
