Folding chair/couch. I want one! But from where?

Probably pretty uncomfortable, but I don't give a damn. I want one. I want one now.

Does anyone have an idea of where I can buy one? Unfortunately I don't live in Japan.

Looks pretty flimsy. Is it made of paper? Kinda looks like that way but it's hard to tell because of video resolution.
