My wife feels the need to replace the handles of our faucets. The faucets themselves work fine. I have no idea what model these are. I assume the model number is stamped somewhere in the fixture. Where will I find it.

I have two tubs with kohler fixtures that have broken stopper linkages (some little plastic part broke on each) and as a result the lever on the overflow plate does not move the stopper. Where can I find either the model number of the faucet, or a place to buy the linkage?

Call Kohler. Their customer service is actually pretty good. They do back their products.
The problem is that the world can't understand why a tub stopper hasn't been designed that actually works well and is convenient. Is such a design actually more challenging than designing a stealth plane or a moon lander?
