Which vitamin brands are best? Is there a resource to look up the different brands of vitamins and see how they rank in assimilation?

OKay, just to bring this to the top again.

I used to take Shaklee vitamins and food supplements years ago and thought they were good. In a brief search I found good reviews for Nutralite supplements which have been around a long time.

I was also heard greenwood health systems (http://www.greenwoodhealth.net/members/tm075892.html/) were good. Any thoughts? Experiences?
