View Full Version : Wow, quick work on Outlaw2000 guys.
I don't know how long it was, maybe an hour? Banned and all the extraneous threads deleted. I'm impressed!
;)
And to think I welcomed a 'newbie' without checking the sig... :o
It's rather sad really - concrete is desperate for attention, but doesn't know how to behave.

I don't think the signature read that when he first posted, did it????
I agree, I was amazed at the quick work!

("I am really Concrete. I lied to all of you.")
How does this work? He wouldn't really confess, would he? What would be the point? And all the posts under that name are too banal to offend a nun's Aunt Bessy.

"Outlaw" is about the 20th screen name from this person. When we throw someone out for violation of our policies that's not an invitation to get another screen name and come back and do it some more. In fact, that's guaranteed not to endear that person to us further.

wring,
hello. :)
Coo-eee! Moderators! Did the signature appear later ? (I thought I would have noticed it when I posted.)

Is this the puzzle piece I'm missing? What was on those threads?
Did you see them? I looked and saw nothing outside the one thread.

there was nothing really to see. One thread was asking if it was ok to call his girlfriend by a name she hated. he posted like 3 times to that thread alone. the other thread was one he opened asking why the other was closed.
not that I noticed. really. I have a life. honestly. :mutter mutter gotta get new slippers:
There were two or three other threads. Same stupid content nothing too offensive. They were deleted pretty quickly. I think one had no replies. The other had maybe two.

ShakeNBake ...
To be very honest with you, how we know and why we know is not really your concern. We had proof enough for us to make the call and we did.
The threads that you did not see were deleted before you had the chance to see them. There was nothing blatantly offensive in any of them, but as TUBADIVA said, when a person is banned from the board, that is not considered an invitation to come back under any form.
Generally, if this had happened with any other poster, we would have just locked the threads, but in this case we believe that stronger measures are required.
That's all I think I need to say and really, all I think you need to know. Saying anything else about this subject is giving this poster more attention that he deserves, and the attention is the only thing he wants.

ShakeNBake - I happened to spot this particular incarnation because this morning when 2foolish popped up I checked his old threads, and he had started one called "Who are the hotties around here" Then out*** starts one with the same title except for one word, and almost the same text. Then he starts a "I'm so socially incompentent" thread - one of the hallmarks of 2foolish. Basically it's a style issue - once you've seen enough of his threads, you start to recognize the style.

I don't doubt you a bit. Good call.
I'm glad you're deleting the threads.
I like that policy more than locking.
If you'd deleted them all, I would never have asked.
And if you now delete this thread, there will be less for him to see as a result of his efforts.
Zyada Thanks. This is the part I coun't see. All this troll fuss, and then when it happens, you want to know what happened.
And if you now delete this thread, there will be less for him to see as a result of his efforts.
I certainly wouldn't mind one way or the other, fwiw.

I won't delete it because as a general rule, deleting threads raises too many questions, as this thread itself indictates.
But I will close it, with the thanks of a grateful nation.
So, as Patrick Stewart used to say when he worked for the Singer Corporation ...
"Make it sew."
