Story here. (http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D8Q19LEO1&show_article=1) The Senate Judiciary Committee is also issuing subpoenas to the Justice Department and the National Security Council.
Will the Administration comply?
If not, and the conflict winds up in court, will the "executive privilege" argument fly in this case, or not?

Doesn't have to fly. Just have to get it into court and tie it up till the clock runs out.

This will be stalled as long as possible then head to court. No way is this gang going to release anything. Look for Cheney to use all the incriminating hard drives for skeet shooting.
