It appears to be a new ep. tonight. Something to do with Alan, Denny and the National Guard.

Didn't Denny just loose a case? Or does it not "count" because he was only second chairing for Alan?

Both of the attempts were dismissed, so it never went to trial. Also, I don't think he counts it when he second chairs. In the fish case against Donnie Crane, Donnie claims he beat Denny and Denny's response was "No, you beat Brad Chase. I'm still undefeated." or words to that effect.

I loved the "private time" scene with Denny and Allan in navy costumes.

Coast Guard, they said. Still, it was a great scene.

I'm not a member of the "they're too preachy" brigade, but the constant "the USA is going to hell in a handbasket" ranting got to me. I'd give the ep a 4, I think.

They have a Wii.
I just shut down my Wii to watch BL. It was kinda... weird.
This is my chance to plug two favorites:
Wii put the fun back in video games.
Boston Legal is the best comedy show on TV.
Are we having fun yet? Damn straight.

I like the reference to making "us fun to watch." Almost as good as the sound effect Shatner's flip phone had when he opened it in last week's episode.

I must have missed that. I assume it was the old flip communicator sound?

This episode was OK...I was underwhelmed with the "I was a teenage madame" backstory of that Lorraine woman as well as the "I can't handle the wackiness at this law firm" whining from Carl Sack.
Denny and Alan being rejected by the National Guard...priceless!!
