Old news to some, perhaps, but I'm laughing so hard, I don't care.
Those are hilarious!

The worst for me is summed up in one line:699537: loose stool is exiting from urethraI hope that person was mistaken. I now cannot unsee someone with a goldfish string-shit coming out of his penis. I also cannot unsee someone deciding to search for the symptom online in lieu of going to an emergency room and scarring some helpless young intern for life.

Poor user 699537 is apparently a woman, and not a happy one. One of her searches was this:is cervical cancer possible without a uterusWhich I found here (http://aolpsycho.com/user/u6/u9/699537/4), on a site dedicated to the big AOL leak and the psychological insights to be gleaned therefrom.

That site was hilarious!
I should also include the comic that prompted me to look this up (I'm ever thankful I did!): http://xkcd.com/155/

According to people who've been there, at the Google Headquarters for Global Domination of US operations, they have a large bank of monitors which display what people are searching for. One of the most common things people search for is: Yahoo.
