A 12:50 pm ET announcement said they were still waiting for the exit poll results. That's the last time I got in. Anyone know of other sites, or have they all been strongarmed?

Drudge is showing Gore leading in Florida and Michigan, Bush in Ohio and Missouri, and the total being "Bush in a squeaker". That doesn't add up, though.

How sad are we that we have to give Drudge credibility?

I really don't like the site in question but I have to admit that since he is the only one posting exit poll results before the polls close I have been trying to get in. I succeeded a few minutes ago. Not surprisingly he isn't providing raw data, just big headlines so you have to take what he says with a grain of salt. Also look at his sources and think to yourself which campaign is going to talk to Matt Drudge. This stuff could be accurate, but then again it isn't the NY Times.

Big headline:
SQUEAK: BUSH TAKES SLIGHT LEAD IN EARLY VOTING; HILLARY PUSHES PAST LAZIO BY 8 POINT MARGIN, SAY SOURCES

Little haeadlines:

Pennsylvania and Florida dead heat, campaign sources tell DRUDGE...

Gore up by 3 in Michigan, say campaign sources...
Bush takes lead in Ohio and Missouri, say campaign sources...

Tennessee and Arkansas, Bush leading, say campaign sources...

can't get in either. Is this stuff being blocked by region somehow (I'm out west)? Or are some of you just lucky enough to catch it for the few seconds it actually works?

Don't forget that there is http://www.drudgereport.com and http://www.thedrudgereport.com . Both are Druge (I think) both have a host of new-related links, but only the first (that I can see) has election commentary as a headline. Not sure why there is a difference. Anyone?

I did a whois on the two sites and they are owned by diferent folks. drudgereport.com is owned by right wing freak Matt Drudge. thedrudgereport.com is owned by some guy named Jas Dobyns.
