They're quite popular around here: White vinyl stickers on the rear window of a vehicle, Mom, Pop, kidlets in assorted sexes and sizes, maybe the dog or cat. Sometimes simple stick figures, sometimes more elaborate. Usually on the back of an SUV or station wagon. Where do they get them?

I've never seen them for sale in a store or online. Is there some sort of sekrit parents' store they give you the address to when you're leaving the hospital with your new bundle of joy?

Is this the modern day baby on board? Maybe dad just wants to show how good his dick works?

Oh, those don't mean pedestrians hit?

Better get some Goo Gone and spend an afternoon removing some stickers...

I found these (www.cutestickers.com) as well. They may be the more detailed stickers you were talking about.

Holy smoke! Three bucks apiece? The LDS families around here are spending a small fortune.

I wonder if those people would notice if I replaced those stickers with a slightly different version (http://www.grouchyoldcripple.com/archives/003182.html) ?

I was driving behind one the other day with the dads head cut off. Accident or maybe wishful thinking.

Oh, those don't mean pedestrians hit?

I'm going to start painting that on the front-side panel of my truck, like they did for bombing runs on B-17s from WWII.

:: wump :: "Well boys! Best be getting that stencil ready again! Seems Farmer Bill left his gate open again--steak's fer dinner!" :D

Mmmmmm, steak.

The girl stickers here (http://www.cutestickers.com/girls.htm) very much remind me of Teen Girl Squad (http://www.homestarrunner.com/tgsmenu.html)

I was about to post a reply of, "Hey, those are all over here, too!" Then I looked at your location and realized we live in the same city!

Yes, those are freaking ridiculous, especially when there are about 12 on an Excursion pulling out of the LDS temple.

Dear me! People actually put those things on their cars?

I've obviously never seen them around here...but seeing those websites gave me a dastardly idea.

Someone should produce stickers in the same style that can be surreptitiously added to the array while the owner is away. These stickers would depict some "family members" that perhaps Mom doesn't want to brag about to anyone driving behind her. Some examples:
--Dad's Mistress
--Dad's Secret Other Family
--Crazy Uncle Chained Up In The Attic

They're very popular here, and many vehicles also have a cartoon "Jesus" hovering above their brood. Unless it's meant to be their hippie uncle.

I like this example (http://nccomp.com/images/MacFamily.JPG) that someone posted on MacRumors.

There's a pickup truck I've seen around town that has a dozen front-side panel stencils of cats.

It also has 6 or 7 anti-cat bumperstickers ("Lost cat? Check under my tires!" "The only good cat is a dead cat"), a tire-flattened fake cat dangling from the back, rear window decals showing Garfield in a noose, tracks over a cat, Calvin pissing on a cat. I'm kinda thinking his front-panel stencils might be a legitimate count.

...
--Dad's Mistress
--Dad's Secret Other Family
--Crazy Uncle Chained Up In The AtticHeh. Too bad they didn't have these in my grandparents' day! Cuz Grandpa had one of those secret other families. (A secret that was kept from me until I was old enough to understand, i.e. over 30....)

Then dad might be interested in the hibiscus stickers (http://www.ourstickfamily.com/hibiscus-stickers.html).
