Jim Henson predicted YouTube!

This 1990 film (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPFOixtrUl8) is multiple levels of awesome. Jim Henson is commenting on how he thinks that cameras have gotten small enough that there will someday be "a whole new and different kind of television." The resulting film- which costars Dana Gould- looks exactly like something you would see on YouTube (and I mean this in a good way). Clearly, Henson was truly ahead of his time.

Also, note the date at the start of the video...May 7, 1990. Jim would die nine days later. :(

I shouldn't have gone and clicked in the "Related videos". Someone recently posted video of Jim Henson's memorial service, in several parts. This includes a clip of Big Bird singing "It's Not Easy Being Green". :( :( :(
