I was going through the SD Archives when I noticed something strange. On the bottom of every page, there is a square, and when you highlight the square, you see a 6 letter code before the square. Here's the codes that I got so far...

sdmyst
sdcons
sdwild
sdlang
sdorgi

Don't believe me? Well, check it out here (http://www.straightdope.com/classics/tsdindex.html), here (http://www.straightdope.com/classics/tsdindx2.html), here (http://www.straightdope.com/classics/tsdindx3.html), and here. (http://www.straightdope.com/classics/tsdindx6.html) Click on any of the topics, then check out the bottom of the page and see for yourself.

Anyone else know about this?

Well, I'm not in the know, but they pretty clearly seem to be categories. Perhaps they are planning to use that to facilitate a search/browse by category function.

To deal with men by force is as impractical as to deal with nature by persuasion.

It's from the Illuminatus books. It is supposedly written within things but we've all been trained not to see it (or something close to that).
