Sorry to post this in MPSIMS, but it didn't seem like a very General Question to me.
Every time my computer switches from Windows to full-screen mode, as it does for a few games that I have, it is totally re-booting. When I turned off Norton CrashGuard, it gave me a "blue-screen" crash--some sort of fatal error.
Gateway tech support was no help, so I'm taking it to the Dopers. Thanks in advance.
