NT and IE 5.0

I've got an NT machine and noticed that whenever I would launch Internet Explorer it would launch NT Explorer instead. I downloaded explorer 5.0 and ran the setup program for that but it still does this. I was able to bring up Explorer when looking at an Explorer help document on the C:\ drive but when I clicked one of the links to go to a website it again brought up NT Explorer.

Any ideas on what I can do?

I tried running the program directly instead of using a shortcut thinking the shortcut pointed to NT Explorer but it didn't work.

On the taskbar at the bottom of NT, right click the "e" icon (for internet explorer), and select "properties". Set the Target path =
"C:\Program Files\Plus!\Microsoft Internet\IEXPLORE.EXE"

I'm not sure if that will solve your problem, but its the best solution I could come up with.
