There are a number of stories about the irregularities in the absentee ballot application process in Seminole and Martin(?) counties, one of them is here (http://www.channel4000.com/sh/election2000/stories/election2000-20001203-110056.html). My understanding is that the law provides that only the voter or a member of his immediate family may submit an application, and that the law provides a specific remedy for "improper" applications. What is the specific remedy?
