Anachronism

I deliver frozen food and even when working in the -5 degree (That's Fahrenheit) freezer I am uncomfortably warm in anything more than a T-shirt. I know everybody gets warm when they work but this seems ridiculous. My hands and feet get cold and as soon as I stop working I start to get cold. Can I possibly be generating this much heat? Is this some sort of false sense of warmth? Is there something wrong with me, from the looks I get most people think there is.
Strangely enough, working in hot weather does not bother me more than anyone else.
