I guess this comes on the heels of the society going to hell, even Michigan turned 180° and their supremes overturned the conviction in people v. Boomer (aka the cursing canoeist In 1999 a man was charged (http://articles.latimes.com/1999/jan/25/news/mn-1502), convicted (http://articles.latimes.com/1999/jun/12/news/mn-45705), and sentenced (http://articles.latimes.com/1999/aug/24/news/mn-3061) for violating a state law similar to the one being proposed now.). No matter, somewhere someone will always tryto restrict speech, and ultimately fail, unless it is not protected speech and this is a very narrow type of speech.

So basically, to me, no worries and Senator Ford will hear a lot of fuck yous for his attempt, but also lots of thanks from concerned parents who do´'t know where the world is going to. In the end even if it passes, it will be shot down by the courts, as vague and unenforceable.
