Ironically, Michael Jackson had plans to bring his children to this exhibit this year, to dangle them over the city skyline. A pity.......

One of the photo captions indicated that the Ledge boxes are retractable. Wonder if that's for cleaning, reducing windage in bad weather or for dealing with people who freak out - pull them back in so they're looking at solid floor?
