Dear Cecil,
I live near the intersection of Clark and Foster and have noticed that
this is one of the places that the CTA uses for shift changes. I have
been curious to why this intersection is used instead of the garage.
Also, compared to other intersections (like Clark & Belmont) it seems to
be rather inconvenient (one must take the infrequently running Foster
bus to connect to the Red Line). Is this a unique feature of the 22
Route or does this happen on other routes.
