I'm sorry. Tonight was a bad night to say anything insulting to me. I would have took it as a joke is you had have put a smilie. I didn't mean what I said about you, um... sorry. I did mean that you are a smart ass. You could have come to the pit and started ranting like I was about to. But I have a good reason. I won't post it though unless someone asks.

Well Geobabe kinda backs you up there, especially since she says in the other thread that "Yuck" is not what you said, but it very difficult to tell how serious you were being. Earlier in this thread, you said, "Those who know me know I don't say that in seriousness to those I know . . ." Keep in mind, [b]Crash doesn't know you. Not everyone on the boards knows you. You and I have been around about the same amount of time, and I wasn't sure if you were serious or not.

But what gets me, if you were joking about the "Yuck" comment, why post this:
"I'm sure there are others who very much enjoy that picture. I'm not among them."
and
"If that's really your picture . . . was it really necessary to send that to me? You'd, IMHO, look far better with clothes on. Then again, IMHO that's true for everyone."

These statements, from the same thread as when you said "Yuck" only back up the impression that you weren't kidding.

And Crash I don't know what you sent iampunha. Even though I didn't think he was kidding either, I will say from what I've seen of him, he's always seemed a very kind, sensitive, honest person. My first thought until you responded angrily was that you had sent him some joke picture claiming it to be yourself instead of a real picture of you. Saying something bad about someone's appearance does seem very out of character for the big flirt.

In my opinion, no matter who you are, no matter what you look like, if you send an actual picture of yourself to someone then, either the person should be courteous enough to find something they like and comment on it, or you need to be more careful about who you're sending the picture to.

From the other posts in this thread though, it's sounding like the image you sent is not actually an image of you, so why take offense at someone responding to it with an unkind comment?
