Once I was on a mail list and someone posted a URL to a site that uses fractals & stuff to make astoundingly colored, ever-shifting psychedelic visuals. If you just let it go, it will keep changing the colorful patterns by itself, or you can click around and affect how it changes the image.

I should have bookmarked it! I can't contact the person who posted it any longer. Does anyone recognize it from this description?

c_goat, that was interesting, but it wasn't the site I was looking for, thanks anyway. The one I had in mind was a slowly changing full-screen graphic. The one from the crazyimages.com site it most closely resembled was the "Plasma."

This kind of stuff is fun. How many more sites are out there?
