Do fish ever get hiccups?

In the sense that a hiccup is a spasm of the diaphram, and fish don't have one, no.
I suppose that whatever set of muscles responsible for passing water over the gills could have some sort of spasm, so maybe in that sense.
Doubt it. A hiccup is basically a spasm of the diaphragm caused by distension of the stomach, gas, etc. Fishies don't have diaphragms. Or IUD's, for that matter.

My fish doesn't have a diaphragm either. She preferes the cervical cap.
