I was pawing through my grand-niece's books and saw this cover for The Three Pigs (http://www.amazon.com/Three-Pigs-David-Wiesner/dp/0618007016/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1266980736&sr=1-6). The design looks familiar, like an album cover with three bandmates. I was thinking maybe the Dixie Chicks, but I can't find it online. Does this general design ring any bells for anyone for a CD cover?

No, I thought the Three Pigs cover might have been a direct parody of a specific album cover and there aren't it.
