Holy shit. That was a week ago. In 13 years I don't think I've ever before gone a week wtihout going to the Dope!


It's nothing personal. My social life in the real world got a lot more real and varied and fun, I started a writing project (autobio, actually) which soaks up a lot of the time I'd otherwise spend on the board, and

... and I'm still amazed. Until around June-July of this year it was highly unusual for me to go 10 hours or more without coming in and hitting the New Posts button.

What did I miss? Anything blow up or become a meme this week?

What surprises me is that I of all people actually noticed you were gone. I never notice anything about specific people without it being shoved in my face.

Hun, I just realized that I've been missing for over a month. Sometimes things just get in the way. Sometimes real life invades. Sometimes I'm just too damn depressed to want to be around people, even online...
