We're headed for another stinking recount (http://www.startribune.com/politics/local/106619478.html?elr=KArksLckD8EQDUoaEyqyP4O:DW3ckUiD3aPc:_Yyc:aU1yDEmP:QMDCinchO7DU) in Minnesota. Get ready for another six month onslaught of Republican lawsuits and stalling tactics. The worst of it is that the Minnesota Legislature has been taken over by tea baggers. Pawlenty has helpfully said he stay on as governor until everything is resolved, which means they'll potentially have several months to ram through tax cuts for the rich and thow elderly and disabled people onto the street before Dayton can get in there and stop the holocaust.
Why can't anything up here be simple?Maybe the Legislature could go make a flight to a retiring governor somewhere else and wave a sackful of cash at him.
