Manga: Bleach, what's going on?? *spoilers*

I'm not a regular reader of Bleach but I got into it around the last story arc, where Ichigo finally beat Aizen, the big bad of the manga. Haven't had the chance to catch up from the beginning yet

But what's going on now? Why isn't it over? Aizen's beaten, so who are these other random people who are showing up? Ichigo doesn't even have any powers anymore, how can they continue the manga?

If you read it, please spoil the hell out of it for me. I thought Aizen's defeat would end the manga. This is like if Luke beat Vader and the Emperor, and then we had 3 more movies of him trying to run his moisture farm and being attacked by Jawas and bullies

First off, Aizen was not killed, just defeated.
Ichigo had to voluntarily give up his Shinegami powers and totally embrace his Zanpakutō to do so.
In the current story arc, we explore what has happened since then. His earthly cohorts seem to have gotten stronger: Orihime seems not to been as timid, Uryu is completely taken over protecting the town from hollows, Ichigo's sister Karin is now beginning to exhibit the powers Ichigo once had. Now in town has appeared what seems to be a new shinegami with his own posse. And now Kubo is getting ready to introduce the new Bleach Movie involving a realm previously ignored: Hell.

Well clearly there is another big bad coming. Would Kubo stop milking this at the height of its popularity? He can drag this out for another five years at least!

In terms of the story, I'm sure we'll find out why Urahara is dealing with Karin, and at some point Ichigo will get some power back. It's just the way shonen manga goes...
