Can you identify this movie?

I don't know if it was a theatrical release, tv movie, tv show or something I hallucinated on shrooms. Apologies in advance if it was the shrooms.

I saw it on tv in the seventies or early eighties. Here is what I remember: there was a woman who had been in a car accident, possibly with her family or other characters. As long as she was inside a specific building (hotel?) she was perfectly healthy, but if she went outside, her injuries re-appeared. I can picture her by the side of the highway in torn clothers. I thought it starred Patricia Neal but I couldn't find anything in her imdb credits.

Sorry it's not much to go on, but I've seen the highway scene many times in my head over the years and I'd love to know what it was.

Yes! I read a summary of this searching Neal's credits but it didn't mention the revolving door or the car accident. Thanks Kapri.

I recall it being pretty scary. I'll see if I can find it somewhere.
