Online group collaboration platform

One of my classes requires us to basically create a business (concept, business plan, market strategy, etc).

My group is looking for an online group collaboration platform that will allow us to share and collaborate on our idea. Idea maps, perhaps being able to create tabs for different aspects of the project, etc.

Something not as suck as Google Wave, and not as word-processy as Google Docs.

You guys know of anything?

It will allows you to discuss things as a group in real-time. It will also allow you to post documents.

You can access it from a browser, iPad or iPhone. (Some Android phones too but not officially supported yet)

It also has a free option that should be enough to get you going.
