What is the best book or info resource on the financial & managment aspects of running a rock band

Just curious. In looking around I was surprised that there was not more info out there. Is there some authoritative resource or website on the ins and outs of how to manage a rock band?

My copy of This Business of Music (http://www.amazon.com/This-Business-Music-William-Krasilovsky/dp/0823077233/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1304222426&sr=1-1) predates the internet, but I think that the more current editions have kept more or less up to date.

probably not a book but more on actual case studies. a friend taking MBA in a nearby college might get you material. some universities actually publish their cases studies online (though it's not that easy to access, some just publish abstracts.)
