phone or online couseling?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew if counseling either via phone or online is a good alternative if you can't get to an office, and if any are covered by insurance (I have Kaiser Permanente).

If you're in the US start with your county health dept in the state you live in.

I have had counseling in the past and I must admit, I always got better (and cheaper) results from these state run agencies.

Thanks Markxxx, I'm in California. I just called the SF County services and they hung up when they found out I had insurance :(
