The bassist for the funk group "Slave (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91pg54SDTJE&feature=related)" passed away in March of this year. If my SMDB search skills are off, delete the post please.

Footnote...turns out that the Guitar Player, Mark "Drac" Hicks passed away in June.
They were in their 50s. What a shame...
