For years, I've seen the rock pictured in ads and Commercials for Prudential, then found out it is modeled after the very real Rock of Gibraltar.
Is there a real mountain Paramount bases its mountain after?

Are you talking about the drawing used in their classic logo, or the more recent photo one? I'm pretty certain the photo is of Pike's Peak. No clue as to the drawing.
