I recently downloaded the latest version of Outlook Express. Recently, someone who uses Netscape Communicator says that, while she can read my e-mail, she can't print it out. It causes her computer to freeze up. This is a pretty busy office and I can't imagie that they don't recieve e-mail from others running the same software. I have sent mail to myself and others who use Microsoft software and have no trouble printing it. I'm wondering if there is a setting in my mail software somewhere which needs to be changed. Any ideas?
