View Full Version : My Cornlids Have Stopped Working.....

..... and it's beginning to get on my last kernel.

Okay, I know this is cornlen-related, because the corn levels here in Georgia have been dangerously elevated lately. Both my corns have been itching like crazy and although I do try not to scratch, I forget and go at it full force and just promise myself I'll take it easy next time. Y'all know how that goes, right - "Corn service only". Empty promises.

So about 4 times a day, C washes the corn crud away gently with some sterile saline and applies some anticornotics to help fight the infection should there come a day when those places are rubbed raw by me.

But to the subject at hand: my cornlids will alternatively become stuck in the "down" position and it's become successfully harder to "release" them by pulling them up with a muscular motion. I have to actually use my corn finger (I know: "eeeewww", right?:p).

As I wrote in an upper cornagraph, it doesn't happen all the time and never simultaneously. Just "either or".....

Can someone please recommend a product for this? I'm sure I should know this, having once worked as a Cornatory Therapist, but I've lost touch with advances, sorry.:(

Thanks!

When my cornlids are stuck in the "down" position, I don't even try to fight it. I just lie still for about eight hours until I wake up.

If you can zoom in, take a look at the folds over and the sacs under my eyes. This is what gets rubbed raw, and I'm checking out having that fixed. The upper part, anyway. I may have misposted this, but caught up in the spirit of the day as I was typing, sorry. Please close if inappropriate.:)

Thanks
