Were there any ritualized physical disciplines in indigenous MesoAmerican cultures other than the ball games? For example, anything similar to yoga or martial arts? Not looking for anything like Capoeira or Tinku that came about as a result of Spanish influence.

The Tarahumara (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarahumara_people) of northern Mexico are known for their running.

The toe-foot thing is interesting. Anyone who goes barefoot naturally would do that. I did.
