I finally joined the 21st century and upgraded to a touchscreen smartphone (Moto RAZR). I'm looking for a good memo app. I'd prefer it didn't sync--just need it for grocery lists, keeping a list of passwords, etc.

Anyone have any recommendations?

I assume the RAZR is an Android phone, right? I use an app called Shopping Lists that works reasonably well for lists. It doesn't support passwords as far as I can tell, so it might not be so good for storing passwords as there is no security,

What is your objection to syncing? Why join the 21st century and limit yourself to the 1990s? Evernote is a great app for memos and a whole lot more. For passwords I use a port of the same PasswdSafe (http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/passwdsafe/index.php?title=Main_Page) I use on my Windows and Linux PCs. By using it with Dropbox I can keep all my passwords secure and up to date everywhere.
