There are two commercials that I partly remember, I believe from the 60s that I'm trying to track down.
1. Burl Ives was singing, and, IIRC, some cute brunette female (looked like Karen Allen) was playing guitar. Some of the words were"...don't harm yourself, don't spoil this land... In God's world, his will be done, yet until you live <something, something> ...Full of love and charity..."
WAIT! Just found much of the poem for the song on Google, but, not the commercial, nor Burl.

2. One of those late night Public Service (I guess) commercials. Something about love, peace, tolerance...I'm not sure. But, I do remember some of the words on it. The first part was some kind of free verse poem VO, from a little girl in a concentration camp. Some of the words "If flowers bloom...then why can't I". After the reading of the poem another little girl went on "...the children of X concentration camp..." Cool, and eerie.
At any rate, this is all I got. Can anybody help me find them?
Thanks,
hh
