help!
i have vague memories of a quiz involving several questions
that ended with:" what's your favorite vegetable? ".
invariably the questionee answered with the same vegetable-
carrot, my faulty recall tells me.
i just got to know the questions leading to the carrot...

I think I know what you're referring to, it goes something like this:

What's three plus three?
What's two plus four?
What's five plus one?
Name a vegetable.

Most people will say carrot. However, I have no idea if this is attributable to the questions preceding, or if carrot is just really popular. I would tend to think it's the latter.

I, however, answered peas when first asked.

Carrot is just really popular - at least according to my Psyc 205 prof, oh so many years ago.
