Profile Time Stamp

Cause I had to change my password I noticed in the Profile section they have a Time Stamp where you can adjust the board hours for your time zone but don't it doesn't list what numbers you should use. What would be the Pacific time adjustment figure?

It's relative to Central Daylight Time which is what the SDMB server is on. Pacific Daylight Time should be -2.

Living in Australia, I actually decided to leave the SDMB time as it is. By checking if it's US peak time, it's useful for knowing if I'm going to encounter a slow board or not.

To find local time, I've got this weird invention called a clock. :D
