Lexuses? Lexus' ? Surely not Lexi. ;)
I've noticed, through casual observation, that the company cleverly avoids using the plural in ads and commercials by using phrases such as "Lexus vehicles". Saying Lexuses aloud does sound awkward, so I can see why.
If you had two of the above mentioned vehicles and wanted to mention both in one statement, how would you do so?
Not that I have that problem. Traded them in on Audis.

well, here's a semi-educated answer.
In Latin, nouns ending in -us either have their plural as -i, or as -us (the same as the singular). My guess would be that the plural of Lexus would just be Lexus.

Lexicon?
Hell, I can't even afford one Lexus. Why would I need to refer to two?

This isn't answering the question (I always call them Lexi when I have occasion to discuss them, which isn't often) but I do know the reason why they don't pluralize it on the commercials: you can't pluralize a trademark. I learned this when I worked at Xerox--a trademark must be used exactly as is, and can't be altered in form. That's why you see commercials like the one that annoys me: "Got your Pop Tarts(tm)?" "Yeah, I got it." (can't say "Pop Tart" because the trademark is "Pop Tarts"). So they can say "Lexus vehicles" or "Lexus brand automobiles" but not "Lexuses" or "Lexi" or whatever the hell it is.

That's interesting, winterhawk11. I'll start listening to other car commercials to see if they do avoid the plural.
Matters of great import. eh? ;)
