Rush Hour 2 question

So hubby & I went to see Rush Hour 2 on Saturday night, and something has been bugging me ever since, and I hope someone here can help, in light of the "character actor" thread excellence!

Who played Kenny, the African-American martial artist who owns the Chinese soul food restaurant on Crenshaw? He looked so familiar, but I have pregnant-brain and just can't place him.

PS- yeah, I love Jackie Chan, so what? To paraphrase a review of this film- "Some people say that they would watch Kevin Spacey read the phone book? Well, I would watch Jackie Chan kick the phone book's ass!" Who needs content when you have Jackie?
