View Full Version : Anyone remember this 70's PBS educational show?

In the mid-late 70's, there was an instructional show on PBS called "The Math Factory". It featured "Muppet" type characters and taught basic math skills. I am interested in the theme song - a little ditty played on a synthesizer. I've tried to Google this and get nothing useful. I e-mailed PBS, but never got a reply (wasn't really expecting one). Are there any sites dedicated to such stuff?

Try http://www.tvparty.com. I know they do answer the occasional "whatever happened to..." email concerning old television shows.

Mississippi Educational Television has a show of the same name on its schedule. I don't know if it's really the same show.

I saw that. I don't know anyone in Mississippi who could check. It seems unlikely considering the age of the show.
Torgo, I went to that site an e-mailed the webmaster, hopefully I'll get an answer.
