There's a new guy at work, yesterday was his first day. He's gorgeous. He's funny, he's smart, and he speaks english, so we can actually have a conversation. We spent all of yesterday flirting. And the real kicker? I can't date him because I'm his manager. Subordinate dating policies really suck, ya know?

Or you could fire him. A friend of mine fell in love with somebody he worked with. He fired her so they could start dating, and eventually got married.

I say you just don't let anyone know if you start to date. On the other hand, you could just wait till he quits. Your still at Sbarro, right? Isn't there still a pretty high turnover in food service? I know when I worked at a fast food place, the entire staff, including managers had turned over in the 6 months I was there.
