Ear hair

Why is it that as men get older they grow more and more hair in and around their ears? Does it have something to do with hormones or what?

i don't know what causes it, but like i said in another thread, my wife has standing orders to kill me in my sleep at first sign of it!

It's worse than that. Our eyebrows and nose hairs also get bushier. Mmmmm... sexy old men...


It's all to compensate us for male pattern baldness. Isn't Nature grand?

Its because when you get older your hair doesn't fall out it falls thru your head and out your ears and nose. :wally

A few years ago a study reported in the popular press found a link between ear hair and heart attacks. The easiest supposition was that hormones influenced both similarly.
