Uh, new smilies?
What happened to the smilie poll in IMHO and the thread on the topic here in ATMB? I notice no smilie newer than smackie around here, and he predates the latest round of votes.
Did someone change his mind?

In the last post on the first page of The second great smiley election, Arnold Winkelried said he had to check with the tech people, personified in Jerry the Tech God (jdavis) before they would become available.

wolfstu, thank you for covering my butt. "Checking with jdavis" is a euphemism for "Arnold needs to get off his lazy ass and send the e-mail to jdavis." Thank you for the nudge Derleth, I'll remember to do that tonight.
