Google+ Hangout -- come test it with me

I tried last night to test a Hangout (multiple person video chat feature) but it instantly froze up my computer. So today I have set up a Hangout on my husband's laptop which isn't as buggy as mine. If you want to try it out come to my profile at http://gplus.to/opalcat and click on the "Join this Hangout" button in my stream.

I'm curious to see how it works. You need a webcam.

Ok nobody showed up in the time I left it logged on (about 30 minutes). Is there a time when people would be willing to test it and I'll try to be there? It doesn't need to be a long time commitment, I just want to test it and see if/how the feature works.

I would have..I was considering it. But I'm not a big fan of talking (with my voice) with people I don't know very well, heh. And it looked like that was one of the things you had to do to participate.

I get nervous about the same thing actually. I prefer to type in a skype face to face chat. How sad is that?

I got it to work with one person on my husband's laptop. I'm still too scared to try it on mine though because both times I've tried it I've gotten the Blue Screen of Death. :X

I got an invitation to another person's hangout so I briefly left mine, but I'm back now, if anyone wants to test it with me.
