Storm window hinges

Does anyone have a good source for window hinges? My house has two removable casement storm windows, and one of the hinges vanished over the summer (I'm picturing tiny elves with screwdrivers...)

The hinges are posts that attach to the wall - the half that attaches to the window is a large eyelet.

Here's a photo of what I'm talking about.

Anyone know where I can find these? Or what I can use as a replacement? The local hardware guys have no idea.
