Recommend an online game for work

I'm trying to find a good game online that I can play at work that will keep me busy for an hour or two a day (or more). It has to be mostly text based so i can do it surreptitiously. Graphics aren't an issue, but I can't do a flash game or FPS or something like that. In other words, it can't LOOK like a game at first glance. I'm terribly bored here and need to kill time.

I'm already playing eRepublik (again, lemme invite you before you join so I get credit) and our eDope company is doing well, but that's good for, at most, 4 hours a day. If you figure I play softball for a half hour, eat for another half hour, and surf the Dope for 2 hours, I still need an hour or two of filler.
