Fallout 3 (All DLC and level cap removal)

Here's what I want to do.

I want to go through FO3 for the third time.

This time I want to play ALL of the official DLC or Expansion packs.

And I want to play all of the above with one modification: Remove the level cap (and do whatever else is necesary to make that work properly, such as make it possible to get past the maxed out skills and perks screens)

I think the game is good enough, for me, to not need any gimmicks or extra 'features' in the form of mods.


BUT. The nexus website doesn't seem to have a Mod that is a BASIC level cap mod. It has ones that do that and other stuff. The one I have seems mainly designed for resetting my character. And its description is a little hard to understand.

If it takes that much text to explain "Removes the level cap without issues" then I don't quite trust it.

This one is worse. Why would I want to reset my level and karma and stuff??

Can't I just have a simple level cap mod that works... works with all the DLC as well?

In fact can't betheseda insist on removing the level cap in a patch of the game?
