How can I mount delicate items in a shadow box?

I have a pair of beaded ~70 year old gauntlet gloves, too fragile to wear anymore, so I would like to display them in a shadowbox and hang them on the wall. Is there a way to adhere the gloves to the inside of the box so it won't damage the leather? If so, how, and if not, what is the least damaging way to do it?
